Uhh it makes me think the opposite. EW broke McShane as a 'secret role' but this one is just Dickon straight out the bat.

Do John Bradley and Freddie Stroma look anything like McShane? The Starks somewhat look like they can be related.

Bradley and McShane look a bit same. I don't see any similarities with Stroma. Randyll, Howland, Meribald, or Marwyn, McShane has to be one of those 4. And yes I must have said that a million times, but who else would he play.

Randyll's definitely already cast whether he's played by McShane or not. But the only reason Hibberd called McShane's role a "mystery role" is because he didn't know what it was. It does not necessarily mean that it's some part for which there was no casting call or anything like that. It just means that Hibberd wasn't made privy to that particular piece of information.

Nevertheless, having revealed who is playing Dickon, I would have thought there's no reason to keep McShane as Randyl secret, or at least remain that way. Add it to 'small but crucial' and the appearance of Stroma and I think signs are definitely pointing away from him being Randyll. We'll see though.

During the Girona shoot even, it seems.
