Does anyone else have problems with the game crashing? I can no longer load my saves.
Massively frustrating, the North will be mine as soon as Sansa dies and my kids will also be the Lord Paramounts of the Vale..

I just started a few days ago and last night loaded the mod for the first time (I'm still in tutorial mode on the regular game learning the complicated UI). I was reading some comments on the forums for the mod and people with older saves are complaining of crashing. I think there must be an incompatibility between a recent update to CK2 or something. Have you re-downloaded the newest version of the mod since June 7th I think was the last update? I'm starting with Daenerys since that's a newly added option and seems like a fun story to play out who she will marry and start a Dynasty with once she reaches Westeros (hey I can dream for awhile before it ever happens!) It cracks me up that on her family tree it lists her three dragons by name as her sons. I know nothing about the game yet and will probably spend only a little time on it over the summer, I'm short on gaming time and it does deserve hours of paying attention and working at to build a great story.

Massively frustrating, the North will be mine as soon as Sansa dies and my kids will also be the Lord Paramounts of the Vale.. If you play CK2 via Steam as I do, the problem may be it auto-updated to a patch version not compatible with the GoT mod. That just happened to me. I had it running fine and then it crashed to desktop as soon as I would load the GoT mod on play. I found this on the CK2 GoT subreddit that helped me fix it by reverting back to older beta versions in steam: www.reddit.com/r/CK2GameOfthrones/comments/3jzilx/installing_with_244/I haven't played since June on this game. The entire reason is I got overwhelmed and frustrated not knowing what to do even after playing some of the vanilla game tutorial campaign. I loaded it up yesterday because I finally had some extra time to watch some Let's Play videos so I can learn how to play it. It's probably one of the most difficult games I've tried to figure out with that massive UI full of hundreds of options, buttons, information, etc. I was so overwhelmed! Anyways, I know how to play much better now and I have advanced Daenerys through her first series of events in Essos and just to be different, I chose the opposite path available from her book/tv plot in sieging Astapor, Yunkai and then Meereen. I had her go back to Illyrio in Pentos for help just to see what would happen. She promptly had to marry fAegon and I laughed my head off... so fun that way. Now she's basically ordering him around as her war commander ... obviously he's madly in love with her and eating out of her hand. They are making plots and intrigue to try and infiltrate Joffrey in King's Landing before launching their invasion. Should be fun! I spent so much time watching the Let's play videos (highly recommend that if you want to learn the game better) I haven't actually gotten far in my game yet.
