I hope it ends with my girls vision quest with a fierce decision to embrace her heritage

I think the season ending will be a toss up between Jon or Dany. I would like to lean towards something with Jon, but given the way the show does seem to prefer Dany's dragons over the direwolves as it is, and the ending could be something with Dany flying Drogon out on the Dothraki Sea or something......I lean more towards Dany. Isn't Dany taking flight in 509?

I think it's going to be Cersei. Interesting, what scene? We know walk of shame happens in finale, but I imagine it's gonna be near the opening Hmmm well I was thinking the WoS, but I guess that wouldn't close out the Season.

They never end the show on the biggest cliffhanger (except season 2) so if the ides are in i don't think it'll end with jon.
I see it ending with Dany lost in the dothraki seas- or making her way back to Mereen.

I'm going Dany. They tend to close on a high note most seasons (2 being the exception). Dany getting her khalasar would make a great ending.
For the Watch would be a crazy way to end the season. I can imagine the RW type reaction videos now. Lol

I don't really think there is any Ice, Fire, Ice, Fire pattern. It is just Dany, something, Dany, something. And that pattern will break this year. I don't think some dothraki khalasar finding Dany would be a great scene to end the season (but so wasn't Mhysa (puke) or Arya on a boat)
IF fAegon is in, I would vote for Varys. I guess they could alter the speech for Dany, but it would be totally different, because none of Young Griff's qualities Varys lists suits for Dany except the right family name.
I can think of two possible endings: For the Watch or Varys offing Kevan and Pycelle. I am sure Varys will return to kill them and I don't think they would have FTW as the final scene. If they do that, they could've had Wherever whores go as the last moment of last season, not that Arya scene.
Yeah, I am voting for Varys.

GRRM said the Dothraki will come back in a big way in WoW. We also have his original outline stating Dany will subjugate the Dothraki, and invade Westeros. The show seems to be speeding things up wrt Dany's story, she hasn't met Tyrion in the books yet either, but we know that's going to happen this season too.

Yeah, Dany is likely going to unite the Dothraki in TWOW and I expect the show to get through that quickly, but I don't know if that is how the season will end. If Daznak is episode 9 then a single episode is probably not enough, unless I suppose Khal Jhaqo declares himself (or w/e the Dothraki equivalent of that is) at the end of the episode.

I think FTW would only work if it went a few moments farther than the book to show Jon entering Ghost or Mel trying to revive him, whatever happens after the last stabbing. Kevan's epilogue would still make a great ending, I'm just not sure how it would work without FAegon.

Yes she will likely get that khalasar for her own. I misunderstood you. I thought you meant that the khalasar came to her because they were already her own khalasar, what I thought weird because their khal is Dany's enemy. Dany likely kills Pono in TWoW, gets the khalasar for hers and flys to Meereen, where she allies with whoever is there (Vic, Tyrion) and decides to sail to Westeros.
