I think about Call Me By Your Name every day since they released the first trailer. I'm obsessed with a movie I haven't even seen yet. What the fuck. I'm not ashamed to say I do this with Star Wars.

My eyes are burning. How did I miss this? I am going to have to watch this because I have a child obsessed with Pikachu. Help me get the plague.

I may not be able to watch "The Disaster Artist" until the 29th, but I got tickets to watch "The Room" in an actual cinema the 28th

I saw The Disaster Artist and it was hysterical. I love it so much. So jealous, I'm going Saturday with a friend. Today we went to see The Room and it was amazing, we had a blast. It was an interactive screening, we spent 90% of the movie saying Hi Denny!, yelling cancer and throwing spoons around

They had screenings like that in DC for a while. Until I get the chance to attend one I'll continue drunken viewing parties at my home.

I watched a movie called The Show last night and it was a lot better than I expected it to be.

I saw The Disaster Artist. I enjoyed it and laughed more than I usually do with any comedy, but I feel like the movie could have been more interesting if they had focused more on the hellish production and had been more faithful to the relationship between Greg and Tommy (according to the book, which is skewed of course because Greg is the one giving his version of the events), instead of going for the "we're friends no matter what".

I actually like that they didn't jump right into production. I expected them to do that, and I appreciated the bit of build we got. This movie is so hilarious that I want to go and see it again.

I saw Molly’s Game tonight. I didn’t know the story it was based on so was very interesting to me. I thought it was well written in terms of dialogue and plot but the directing left much to be desired. I like a lot of dialogue but most of the movie is delivered via exposition/narration, which is a bit disappointing and there were probably better ways to do this. Acting wise, Chastain and Elba were incredible. Chastain especially, she really sold her part.
edit; also, before the film started we got trailers for I, Tonya; Three Billboards; and Lady Bird, all of which are released soon over here. They all looked incredible
